The men were in to prep the walls for painting before the electricians come out to bring out the wiring. Strange, I would have thought it was the other way around.

ReplyDeleteStruck me as strange too that they paint first and then go bashing holes on your walls (sometimes in the wrong place) to pull the wiring through. But it all works out in the end.
It's so exciting when the coloured parts start appearing.

Did you get told they have to put a join in the splash back for kitchen....not impressed
Thanks Yam, Reinsey and Melmox. Heard today that theyre already prepping for painting. Hopefully we'll have some updated photos over the weekend.
ReplyDeleteNefariousnmokey, we also got told about the join in the splashback. Weren't too happy about that either and were told it was due to OHS requirements. Also, they're putting in joints in the laminate flooring. Not too sure what that's going to look like.
