We've got exactly one week left till PCI. So exciting!!!! :)
The facade has been finished and our colours look wonderful. The front door has since been replaced (no photo of that yet) but not painted. Our carpet looks fantastic. Nothing like the sample back at Spectra. We didn't realise it had a pattern running through it which is only visible at certain angles.
Now deciding whether or not to visit the house in this last week or leave it as a surprise come PCI? Hmmm.... may not be able to control myself..... :)

The carpet has a pleasant texture to it. |

The final rendered facade. I'm loving the colours :) |

Our stolen front door. The house was left like this for a good three days. It's since been replaced though. |
That is so exciting PCI in a week.... I think it must be the same date as ours....29th...
ReplyDeleteYour house looks great.... congratulations!!
Thanks for the compliment. We absolutely love the colours. Our PCI is on the 30th but this may need to be postponed. Got a call from our CLE (JH) today and she advised that the house isn't quite ready for presentation yet. The Area Manager is inspecting the property on Monday and they'll advise us if it's still going ahead. Ooh, so upset :(
ReplyDeleteAww....that's disappointing.... well fingers crossed for Monday.... do keep us updated...!!!
ReplyDeleteWell it's official. We've been delayed. The Area Manager assessed our build and was not happy with presenting it at this moment in time. So our PCI is now delayed by a week or two pending a few issues being resolved. Apparently our wiring in some areas of the house were stolen prior to the plastering being put in. Go figure.
ReplyDeleteOmg really?!?!?.....we actually spoke to our SS today about you guys and asked if the PCI is tomm as planned and he did mention that the wires were missing....well I guess it's good that they've planned to fix up everything soon....
ReplyDeleteHope everything falls right on track and PCI happens in a week:-D
Thanks guys, our fingers are crossed.
